Most compounded refills are ready within 24-48 hours of the request, because each one is prepared to order rather than counted out of a stock bottle. Complex preparations can take longer. Request your refill about a week before you run out and it will be ready when you need it.
We contact your prescriber for a new authorization. Tell us when you request the refill and we will send the request the same business day, but the decision and the timing are your prescriber's, not ours. If it is urgent, calling your provider's office yourself as well usually moves it faster.
